Activity 05 · Reach

Dissemination & sharing

The project continued beyond the exchange as participants and partner organisations shared its experiences, methods and future scenarios with wider audiences.

Participants presenting project experiences to a wider audience
Participant-led communication carried the project’s ideas beyond the exchange.

Dissemination helped turn individual learning into a shared project legacy. Participants prepared clear messages for peers, youth organisations and local communities, while the partners supported visibility of the results and of the opportunities offered by Erasmus+.

Dissemination flow

01

Define the audience

Teams identified who should hear about the project and adapted the message to peers, organisations and community audiences.

02

Prepare the story

Participants selected photographs, learning moments, project methods and future scenarios that could be communicated clearly and responsibly.

03

Share locally and online

Experiences and results were presented through peer conversations, local meetings, organisational channels and digital communication.

04

Document the reach

Partners collected evidence of dissemination, reflected on audience responses and identified opportunities for future cooperation.

Dissemination methods

  • Peer-to-peer presentations
  • Local meetings and youth events
  • Photo stories and participant reflections
  • Partner websites and social channels
  • Sharing future scenarios and project methods

Expected reach and results

  • Greater visibility of the project and Erasmus+ opportunities
  • Accessible project stories for young people and organisations
  • Stronger communication and presentation skills among participants
  • A reusable learning legacy for future youth activities
