Local action & reflection
This phase connected the exchange with everyday life, local communities and participants’ continuing learning.
Knowledge becomes meaningful when people can use it. Participants developed realistic follow-up ideas, reflected on their competences and prepared to share the experience with peers, organisations and communities after returning home.
